此為 2026 年4月高雄IFBBPRO/NPC賽事 線上刷卡付款頁面。
付款前，請先點擊 填寫上色報名 並依照連結內指示完成資料填寫，以確保報名成功。

⑴ 請務必完整填寫報名表單，並確認所填寫之聯絡資料正確無誤。
⑵ 請完成線上刷卡付款，並妥善保存您的訂單編號。
⑶ 完成報名後，將於 7 日內 寄送確認 Email，請務必填寫正確的 Email 信箱。
⑷ 關於上色或刺青遮瑕相關問題，請私訊 Instagram @lsr.tw 我們將盡快為您回覆。
⑸ 請於賽前 兩週 開始進行皮膚保養，歡迎參考 賽前保養組！
⑹ 需刺青遮瑕者，請先私訊 IG，並提供刺青面積照片以利評估。

⑴ Please make sure to complete the registration form in full and verify that all contact information is accurate.
⑵ Complete the online credit card payment and keep your order number for your records.
⑶ After registration is completed, a confirmation email will be sent within 7 days. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.
⑷ For questions regarding tanning or tattoo coverage, please send a private message to Instagram @lsr.tw. We will respond ASAP.
⑸ Please begin skin care two weeks before the competition, SHOWER PACK is here for you!
⑹ If tattoo coverage is required, please contact us via Instagram in advance and provide photos of the tattooed area for evaluation.
